About Us

The Learning Curve provides students with a learning environment that accommodates the needs of each student through an Individualized Education Program (IEP); systematically organized according to primary goals and targets based on the unique learning style of each individual.

Techniques used in their learning will include principles of ABA, visuals, communication training, sensory integration, and social skills instruction.

Early intervention and the school readiness program through effective teaching methods is also provided to students aged 5 and under. Classes will emphasize the development of communication, self-help, independence, social, motor, sensory integration, and cognitive skills.

Who We Serve

Any child between two to twelve years of age, may be referred to initiate the assessment process to determine eligibility.

The child is assessed to determine the level of functioning in suspected areas of need. The assessments are conducted by Rishan Shakoor who is a professional in the field, and a parent to a child on the Autism Spectrum.
